This website is owned and operated by Dynamic Services and Logistics, LLC - doing business as Florida Moringa Growers. DSL-LLC is owned and managed by Jay McGee. This site offers its visitors products made from Moringa Oleifera.

Statements herein made are not meant to diagnose, or treat any specific medical issue. It is always practical to partner with a medical doctor in making decisions for your health. Scientific claims cited are based upon linked published medical journal articles that provide the studied benefits of moringa. By accessing or using this site, visitors approve that these terms have been read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms.

Shipping Policy

We strive to ship as quickly as possible upon receiving confirmation of any order. All orders are guaranteed, unless an ordered item is unavailable, or on backorder, to ship within seven business days after receipt of the order and payment through this website.

Return and Refund Policy

FLMG's Moringa products are shelf stable for six to twelve months when stored in a cool, dark place. If you are not satisfied with the quality of our products, contact the site owner via email within 90 days of purchase, and make arrangements to return the unused portion of the product and you will receive a refund, minus shipping and taxes paid for the order. All products are guaranteed for ninety days.

Indemnification

Each user agrees to indemnify and hold Dynamic Services and Logistics, LLC (as well as Florida Moringa Growers and Jay McGee), harmless from any demands, loss, liability, claims, or expenses (including attorney's fees), made against them by any third party due to, or arising out of, or in connection with, the use of this website, products, or any services offered.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Florida Moringa Growers, or Dynamic Services and Logistics, LLC (DSL-LLC), or Jay McGee, be liable for any indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages for loss of income, function, use, or other intangible losses, arising out of or relating to the use of, or inability to use, this website. We reserve the right to change, modify, or cancel these terms at our sole discretion. Continued use of the website after any or all changes, constitutes acceptance of these terms.

Privacy Notice

If you sign up to our contact page, or market sign-in sheet, you agree to receive promotional messages from us via email or text message. We will not share, sell, or provide your personal information without consent. Each user can later opt out of our contact process and promotional messages by simply emailing the site owner, or designated administration and request to be removed from contact and provide one's name, address, and phone number, so we may remove your information and adhere to this wish.

Florida Moringa Growers may, without prior notice, change the services, products, pricing, or any additional features offered, or may permanently, or temporarily, terminate or suspend access to the site's services without notice and liability for any, or no reason.
